Job description

This includes, but may not be limited to:

QC
Measuring quality of phone repairs
Ensure the quality of repair maintains the standards required by the business, not allowing sub-standard to be released
Phone Clean and Clear
Ensuring phones are erased to required standard and in accordance with policy before leaving Bridge to customers
Customer Communications
Communicate with customers when needed regarding the repair of their products, and providing responses to ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction
Provide feedback or ensuring feedback is sent where needed during the process to avoid delays. Example might be getting authorization to complete a repair, or reset a phone as part of the repair process
