Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Production line technician to guarantee the day-to-day operations in our production line, compounding, and warehouse departments. This is a critical role that requires technical/mechanical experience in manufacturing, filling and warehousing, attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality standards, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the production line assembly – Adjusting- calibrating, for a smooth production.
Repairing and troubleshooting as needed.
Production Line operation and supervision
– Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment (filling, capping, labeling, and packaging) as per SOPs.
– Ensure compliance with product quality standards through regular quality control checks.
– Responsible for troubleshooting production equipment issues and perform necessary adjustments.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and deadlines.
– Maintain accurate records of production activities.
Maintenance Mechanic Support
– Perform routine preventive maintenance on production equipment.
– Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production lines.
– Responsible for the installation of new equipment and machinery, ensuring proper alignment and calibration.
– Document all maintenance and repair activities.
– Adhere to safety protocols during maintenance activities and production operations.
Key Requirements:
– Forklift operation certification.
– Mechanic or technician diploma/certificate.
– 2+ years of experience working in a manufacturing facility
– Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
– Experience in operating, troubleshooting and adjusting production line equipment.
– Experience in using computerized inventory management and production tracking systems.
– Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety protocols.
