Position Title: Remote Travel Customer Service Representative (Bilingual Cantonese)
Location: Remote – British Columbia, Canada
Start Date: July 2026
Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Pay Range: Starting at $24.00 CAD per hour

We are seeking highly skilled Bilingual Travel Customer Service Representatives who have GDS experience and possess relevant Travel Industry Certification in accordance with local requirements to support global client programs and deliver world-class service to high-value customers.
In this role, you will respond to inbound requests through phone, email, and chat, providing polished, timely, and accurate support related to lifestyle services, travel coordination, entertainment, dining, events, and loyalty program benefits. You will help create seamless, unforgettable experiences while representing some of the world’s most recognized brands.

What you will do:
· Deliver polished, professional service via phone, email, and chat
· Assist customers with travel-related, lifestyle loyalty program needs including guiding customers on how to get the most of their travel benefits
· Book and manage customized travel for flights, hotels, and car rentals using GDS systems
· Support members with cancellations, re-bookings, unexpected travel disruptions, and planning complex travel itineraries
The goal of this role is to provide professional, seamless customer experience with every interaction.

· Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Experience:
· Experience with GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo etc.) is highly valued
· Must possess relevant Travel Industry Certification in accordance with local requirements
· Hospitality, travel, or loyalty program experience is highly valued
· Minimum of 2 years of travel, airline, or hospitality experience
· Call center (1+ year) or high-volume service experience preferred
· Personal global travel experience is an asset
Language Opportunities:

Work Requirements:
· Must be located in British Columbia, Canada
· Flexibility to work variable shifts in a 24/7 operation (including evenings, weekends, and holidays
· Have a private work-from-home environment with reliable hardwired internet
· Ability to pass required background screening
· High school diploma or equivalent is required.
